The JOSH TT has been designed and developed based on specification provided by the Head Medical Doctor of the Israeli Police Counter Terror Unit (Yamam), the most active counter terror unit in the world. It is now used on a regular basis to train and qualify over 6,000 IDF infantry combat soldiers a month, in applying pressure points and tourniquets, as part of the” IDF training Arena” which EXS training division manages and operates.
